tma 's principle service is a Decision Workshop which enables a group to explore all the key issues concerning a problem, to reach a shared understanding of the options available and to evaluate each option against agreed criteria. Problems are typically either a Strategic Choice or Resource Allocation issue.

tma has a well-earned reputation in the public sector, primarily in Local Authorities and Police Forces.

Since 1988, Tim Morgan and colleagues have run nearly 400 workshops, with Tim himself having been the Facilitator for over 200 of these, and the support Analyst in a further 60.
